From the moment we arrived, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Manager Moses was fantastic—professional, warm, and genuinely caring that we had a great experience. Even though the place was really busy, the food came out fresh, perfectly prepared, and honestly tasted like it had just been caught that morning. Zero rubbery fish this time—just quality, flavorful seafood done right. Special shoutout to our waitress Hazel—she was amazing and made sure everything ran smoothly the whole time. We left happy, full, and genuinely impressed by how well they turned things around. We’d 100% recommend Ocean Basket Brooklyn now and will definitely be back again and again. We always have such a lovely experience here. We choose to drive through from Centurion for the good food, great service and lovely atmosphere! Ocean Basket always exceeds our expectations and tonight our waitress, Dineo, was such a big contributing factor! She is very kind, so helpful and makes you feel like nothing is too much to ask. She really looked after us very well.
